Wedding Planners & Coordination’s are not only for the Rich and Famous.  We have packages to suit every type of situation you find yourself in at very affordable prices.  We have packages from couple’s who want the ultimate stress free experience to couples who just needed someone there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. 

We also have our famous “Freak Out” package for the bride who has handled everything, but during the last 2 months has just become overwhelmed and stressed; this is where we take over and you relax and look forward to your wedding rather than be stressed by final confirmation dates.

Our prices range from $250 to $1,500.  We run special throughout the year such as Season Special where you can save between $150 -$500.

Full service Wedding Planning

We will guide you through the entire wedding planning process, managing every detail of the wedding day.  This is a comprehensive package designed for couples seeking the Ultimate service.

Partial Coordination

This package is perfect for couples who have planned their event, but are starting to become overwhelmed as the big day gets closer. Aisle be There will "take the wheel" and ensure all the final details are taken care of. We will start working with you approximately 3-4 months prior to your wedding so you can spend the last few months relaxing and be excited, not anxious about the fast approaching date.

Wedding Day Coordination

Perfect for the couple who have done all the planning, but would want to enjoy every aspect of their special day without having to worry about the finer details. Aisle be There will oversee the final coordination so you can spend all your time enjoying your day together.

Setting up of Ceremony/Reception Venues

This package is for couple who don’t want to burden friends or family with the responsibility of setting up and decorating their venues.  We come in before the Ceremony and Reception to setup every exactly the way the couple imagined.  There will be a meeting before the wedding for us to sit down and go thru exactly what will need to be done on the day and how you would like things set up.

Last minute and emergency wedding planning

Often there are moments during the planning stages of your wedding when you realize that things are not quite looking, feeling or going the way you’d hoped or planned. These moments can be overwhelming and can often feel difficult to recover from.  We offer emergency services for pretty much any situation you find yourself in, we are experts at getting you back on track.

Whether it’s something as simple as being overwhelmed because there are too many different things to do, or something as big as a vendor falling through at the last minute, we can provide you with great wedding ideas, and quick, manageable solutions. Our goal is to save you from as much stress as possible, and to set you up for a wonderful experience all the way through.
